1. What this Policy covers
This Policy explains how marl.works uses cookies and similar technologies that store information on, or access information from, your device. It should be read with the Privacy Policy.
2. Current position
Source audit completed on 26 August 2026: this version sets no cookies and uses no local storage, session storage, analytics, advertising, profiling, tracking pixels or embedded social media. Sora and Manrope are served locally. Hostinger may still generate server logs, which are covered by the Privacy Policy. Re-check the deployed site whenever the stack changes.
3. Strictly necessary technologies
Strictly necessary technologies may be used only to transmit communications, secure the site, remember a feature expressly requested by the user or store cookie preferences if a consent tool becomes necessary. They do not require consent where the legal exemption applies, but they must still be described accurately.

4. Optional technologies
Optional technologies will not be stored or accessed before valid consent. If introduced, this section must list every technology, provider, purpose, data category, recipient, lifetime, related data-retention period, third-country transfer and any profiling or automated decision-making. Do not publish a generic list copied from another website.
5. Your choices
Where consent is required, you can accept all, reject all or choose separately by purpose. Optional choices are off by default. Refusing optional technologies does not block access to the basic site. You can withdraw or change consent at any time through the Cookie preferences link, which must be as easy to use as the original acceptance.
6. Third-party links and fonts
A normal Instagram link does not contact Instagram before you choose to click it. After that, the third party's rules apply. Sora and Manrope are hosted locally by Marl, so loading the page does not request fonts from Google. Any future external resource must be documented and assessed before it is introduced.
